We know that life is unpredictable and that you want to provide the best possible future for your family. Our life insurance policies provide peace of mind, knowing that your loved ones will be taken care of even when you are no longer there.
Benefits under the Plan
Our Life Insurance Plan offers coverage up to a maximum lump sum of three (3) times your annual salary. The "Death Sum Assured" is paid in full to the nominee(s)/beneficiary(ies), and the policy will cease.
Enrich your cover by adding Disability or Illness insurance to it. Coverage for permanent disability and critical illness ends at age 60, but life cover does not.
How It Works
Our life insurance premiums are paid monthly by debit order or stop order and are calculated based on age, gender, cover, education, smoker status, and the level of coverage chosen. Cover on the policy continues as long as the policyholder is alive and premiums are up to date.
Claims Processing and Payments
We pay out all valid claims after receiving all required documents. A claim form is accessible via www.namforce.com.na or by emailing claims@namforce.com.na. Alternatively, submit a physical copy to our office at Millennium House, 2nd Floor, Windhoek.
Group Cover
This benefit can be offered on a group basis for employers that want to provide whole life cover to their employees as part of occupational retirement scheme risk benefits.
