At Namforce, we understand that the loss of a loved one is a difficult and emotional time for family members left behind. That's why we offer the Namforce Funeral Plan, designed with the needs of our prospective clients in mind, and flexible enough to be tailor-made to the specific needs of each individual client or group.

Plan Options

Our Funeral Plan provides high cover benefits and covers a wide range of clients' needs. We offer the following options:

Parents/Parents-in-laws Funeral Option
Extended Family Funeral Option

Benefits

From as little as N$55 per month, the insured can access the following benefits under various plans:

A maximum of N$60,000.00 is available per principal member or spouse.
A maximum cover of N$15,000.00 per child, up to 7 children.
A maximum cover amount of N$20,000.00 per extended family member, up to a total of 4 members.
A maximum cover amount of N$20.000.00 per parent, up to a total of two parents.
A maximum cover amount of N$20,000.00 in coverage per parent-in-law to 2 parents-in-law.
In the case of the death of an insured principal, spouse, or family member during the period of insurance, the policy pays the benefit.

Claims Processing and Payments

Claim notification should occur within 180 days of the insureds death.
Complete a claim form, downloadable from the Namforce website: www.namforce.com.na.
Mail a scanned copy of the application to claims@namforce.com.na with the following attachments.
Certified copy of the insured's death certificate.
Certified copy of the claimant's ID and;
A bank confirmation letter.
Alternatively, visit Namforce offices at the Corner of Robert Mugabe Avenue and Dr AB May Street, Millennium house second floor, Windhoek for a physical submission.

Group Cover

This benefit can be offered on a group basis as well. For example, employers that would want to provide to their employees a funeral cover as part of occupational retirement scheme risk benefits.
