Namforce's Disability Plan provides coverage that ensures your family's financial security, by paying out a lump sum or monthly payments if you become disabled, depending on the type of cover you select. Our plan offers a range of options to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Claims Processing and Payments
Disability benefits pay out a lump sum and/or income if your condition meets the terms and conditions as set out in your contract.

Each benefit has its own terms and conditions about what is covered and when you can claim. You may need to take a bit of time to read through the terms and conditions before completing the form.

The next step is to download the forms relevant to your claim or use one of the alternative channels available.

Mail a scanned copy of the application to claims@namforce.com.na with the following attachments; Claimant's certified ID or passport copy, Proof of banking details of the beneficiary. We need a signed, dated and stamped statement from your bank that is not older than three months.
Group Cover

This benefit can also be offered on a group basis.. For example, employers that would want to provide their employees disability cover as part of occupational retirement scheme risk benefits.
